How to choose titanium scrape block size
Step 1 – measure bolt spacing
Most titanium scrape blocks use one of four patterns: 66 mm (2.6 in), 66.7 mm (2 5/8 in), 40 mm, or 1 in.
Simply measure the center-to-center distance on your old plate. If there are no holes, use the drilling template included in the fender kit.
Step 2 – choose bolt size
The most common options are M8 or 5/16-18 bolts.
Step 3 – pick block dimensions
- 3.5–3.65 in – balanced sparks and lightweight.
- 5.5 × 1.5 × 1 in – maximum spark effect.
- 2.0 × 1.25 × 1 in – compact and easy to mount.
- 4 × 2 × 2 in – large sparks with added chassis protection.
