Grade 23 Titanium Wire (Ti-6Al-4V ELI Wire) is a low interstitial (ELI, Extra Low Interstitial) version of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy, specifically designed for medical implants and high-reliability structural components. It combines high strength, lightweight properties, and excellent biocompatibility. Compared to Gr5 Titanium Wire, Gr23 has lower oxygen content and better toughness, allowing it to maintain stable performance under low-temperature and high-impact conditions.
